Types of Services Offered:
Wealth Management – (Ongoing Services)
This service includes financial life planning and ongoing asset management. Realistic and measurable goals are set and objectives to reach those goals are defined. As goals and objectives change over time, suggestions are made and implemented on an ongoing basis.
The scope of work and fee for a Wealth Management Agreement is provided in writing prior to the start of the relationship. A Wealth Management Agreement may include: review of cash flow and net worth; insurance review; investment management (including performance reporting); strategic tax planning; retirement planning; education planning; estate planning review; special items such as purchasing or refinancing a home; as well as the implementation of recommendations in the investment area. Referrals are given for implementation in the other areas if needed.
The engagement also includes unlimited telephone support, meetings as required, ongoing financial life planning services, and quarterly, semi-annual, or annual written portfolio reviews as negotiated with each client.
Financial Life Planning – (Fee-for-Service Engagements)
A financial life plan is designed to help the client with aspects of financial life planning without ongoing investment management or implementation.
The financial life plan may include, but is not limited to: a net worth statement; a cash flow statement; a review of investment accounts, including review of asset allocation and general recommendations (not specific investments); review of retirement plans; education planning; strategic tax planning; review of insurance coverage and recommendations, if any; one or more retirement scenario projections, estate planning review; and other special items such as purchasing or refinancing a home.
General investment advice (such as determining asset allocation) is provided as part of a financial life plan. Final investment selection and implementation is at the discretion of the client.
A written plan is provided to the client once the engagement is complete. After that time (after completion of said engagement) any future meetings or engagements will be treated as a new engagement.
Hourly Services – Offered to those who are not looking for a plan, but wanting to discuss a financial matter in more general terms. There is a minimum of 3 hours.
Workshops/Educational Services – Linda has taught at the academic level. She has also provided employee workshops/consultations for companies. Contact Linda if you are looking for a speaker.
Fees on all of the above services vary depending on the complexity of the plan and the total value of the assets. We provide a complimentary meeting with a potential client to have the opportunity to get to know them better and to get an idea of their personal situation. We are then able to provide a quote for the plan.
We do not sell any products or receive any commissions or referral fees on any products or services. Because of this, I feel that I am able to offer impartial advice on how to best meet your investment and financial needs.
